• Adding a second time review...to previous one below.... Given this intense heat wave, I found my AC not working on Sunday evening. As Alex of Positive Plumbing had done such a fine job a couple of months ago, I reached out to them right away. They are so responsive! Alex texted me Monday morning, and arrived by 11am to fix the issue. As it was under warranty, I was additionally impressed that they gave me high priority to take care of me. I truly appreciate their care and excellence, and felt like they valued me as their customer.
