• Initially, I called KaspyHVAC for a second opinion on my cooling part of system after watching several testimonies on-line. Finally, an honest business that provides excellent service! Not only were they professional and courteous, they took time to explain the issues my unit had. They took a couple of videos to show me a visual of the situation. Found a leak at the Evap coil that must have been there since my new build 6 years ago. I say this because, from the beginning, I informed builder and service company to recheck a reason some rooms were cooler than others.Both always returned with everything is running great-not only once but, several times during warranty period! Unfortunately and at the same time, fortunately, Ryan and Colton worked together to find the leak-a huge red flag in my book that was missed from a big-box chain that serviced my cooling and furnace system bi-annually for the past 6 years. Though, a leak search was a little extra, it was well worth it given the fact, previous big-box chain and/or builder never picked up on a leak or offered any further solution(s). Most likely, mentality is, let the unit break down at which point a new system is needed making for an easy pay day. In addition, KaspyHVAC cleaned unit and drained line flush-something the big-box company chain NEVER did! They suggested I do it. Disturbing to know, the significant and crazy up-charges and gauging from big-box chain companies happen often than not. To add insult to injury, providing half-asked maintenance service. Except KaspyHVAC; they are honest and hard workers with integrity while providing full maintenance service. Finally, KaspyHVAC has reasonably priced parts and recommendations on better units. Each case/situation is different and would need proper service and evaluation. Love this company! Highly recommend if you live in AZ. Do yourself a favor and call KaspyHVAC for service maintenance and you will not be disappointed. Besides, you’ll be supporting an honorable local business. Thank YOU KaspyHVAC!

We’ve lived in our home for 10 years, and every single year we’ve called out a highly rated, well-known AC company—spending upwards of $2,000 each time—with absolutely zero change. Our house always ran hot, no matter what we set the thermostat to. It was beyond frustrating. This time, I originally called them just to install a mini-split in a hot bedroom. But when they saw the bigger situation we were dealing with, they found the root problem almost immediately—something no other company had ever caught in a decade. They were fairly priced, honest, and could have easily just sold me the mini-split and walked away with a laugh. But they didn’t. You could tell he truly cared about his work and his reputation.
