I was having trouble with my air conditioner and thermostat on a Friday night. I called Kohles and Boch the next morning (Saturday) for service and a technician called almost immediately after my call. Brandon did a GREAT job. He checked everything out and got the system running smoothly. He answered all my questions and showed me how to better use my thermostat touch screen. He even helped me download the thermostat app and connect it to my WiFi! I appreciate his patience and knowledge as well as his friendly personality. I’ve been a Kohles and Boch for nearly ten years and have always had an excellent experience.

Today I had my fireplace cleaned and inspected to assure safe winter use by Kohles and Bach. It was a great experience, start to finish. It was easy to get a timely appointment. My service team, Brian and Brandon, showed up on time. They spent an hour, cleaning, inspecting and testing. I could tell they cared about my safety and satisfaction.
