We called to have our 24 year old air conditioner serviced. To our surprise, we had a tech out the same day. After his evaluation, we decided it made more sense to replace our air conditioner because of the age and the fact it was leaking. Once we made the decision, we had a written estimate in less then an hour. We agreed to move forward, and the Lindell crew was out to replace our unit within the week. The crew was efficient, knowledgeable, and was done in just a few hours. Our new unit is quiet and we now realize how poorly our old unit was working with the house cooling down nicely with the new installation. Thank you Mat and your marvelous crew!

Taylor came out to fix our a/c, that had quit working. Much to my chagrin, I had accidentally turned off the furnace switch when I was changing filters. Since I was being billed for a service call, Taylor then proceeded to clean and check all the pertinent parts on my system to make sure there were no potential 'surprises' in store for the future. I think that is great customer service and I will be calling Lindell HVAC with any future needs!

We had a great experience with Lindell Heating. Matt was very knowledgeable and helpful with our newly purchased home and its Heating system (his dad did the original install of the heat pump!) Our water heater went out and we were able to do all of these items within a timely manner! His crew was awesome and did a great job!

Unbelievable service! No AC at the hottest part of the summer last year so I called but didn't expect any service until at least the next day. Matt said they were very busy so it would be hours until they could get to me and possibly the next day. Can you imagine my surprise when they showed up an hour later!! Matt made the judgement call to squeeze me in! Matt and his employee were so professional and friendly and fixed the problem QUICKLY! Didn't tell me there is an automatic minumum $175 charge just to come out. Had I known I would have gone with someone else. Matt the owner called. Was abrasive, hostile and tried to blame/excuse why they have this minimum charge. Had he just apologized for not being upfront all would have been fine but no he got so aggressive I had to end the conversation. He could use some customer service training and an anger management class. Other HVAC people I contacted either told me upfront what their trip charge was or said they didn't charge a trip charge. Beware.

Matt has always treated me well. He/his team installed a new high efficiency HVAC system that has been fabulous. He sometimes struggles with time management issues when it comes to getting back to people with answers to misc questions but don’t let that scare you off. It’s most likely because he and his team are busy providing stellar service to another customer, which he will provide to you if he hasn’t already.

Chris and Jake did a great job! Super thorough and took their time. Washed all the vent covers and put everything back. They were here about 4 hours. I'm excited to see if it helps me with my allergies and reduces all the perpetual dust around the house.

Our house inspector informed us that our boiler system wasn’t functioning properly and that we should have someone look at it. This was unfortunate because we only had a couple of more days for our inspection deadline. Matt responded promptly and was in to check out the boiler system the next business day. We ended up getting the house and called Matt back to replace our boiler system with a new forced air unit, new AC, new water heater, and water softener. Matt is very responsive, very knowledgeable, and he and his guys were in and out in a day and a half. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Taylor very professional! On time even a little earlier than appt time, polite. Tolerated my pesky pups. Immediately knew what the issue was , even had the needed part on the truck. He found a gas leak and fixed that problem also. I have been dealing with this furnace problem since i moved in 9 yrs ago. So glad he was so sufficient with finding and fixing the issue. Matt's team installed an air handler air-conditioning system in our house. They gave a very reasonable bid for the job and finished the install sooner than scheduled. When I had a minor problem with the system during the recent heat wave, I called Matt. He had a team out the same day and fixed the problem. The techs, Taylor and Carson were fast and professional, even while working in a sauna-like attic space. They were great to work with during the install and stood behind their warranty.
