We’ve been using Northern Air Heating and Cooling for several years now, and we couldn’t be happier with their service. I thought my AC was bad. A technician stopped by the next day and determined it to be a bad electrical box that was corroded. He didn't charge me. I put in a new box and AC is working great.

Had a bad capacitor on a 95 degree day, Nick and his team came out on a SUNDAY EVENING AFTER HOURS, got the AC up and running. Can't get better than that, highly recommend. Great price also for the time and they came.

Great service. Came out same day to fix my furnace. Crazy expensive though! Over $700 to replace a flame sensor and capacitor. $50 worth of parts and 30 mins.

They were able to get me in for a non working furnace very quickly which was a plus as temps were in the negative. Great communication and they also offer an affordable service package for future tune ups and service calls. He even showed me the problem and how to fix it if it happens in the future. I am very relieved it wasn't a bigger issue at this time and they were in and out in about 30 minutes. Definitely recommend!

Had Fong come look at my family's heating system and he denied the work. He said it was too complicated. He called out another company to come look, and they just kept trying to sell us a new furnace, instead of fixing it. Very unprofessional and unskilled. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
