I had them install a furnace and AC unit a few years ago. Great experience! Good customer service and fair/better pricing. I noticed that something came loose on the return air. They came back out 2 years later and repaired it for free. I didn't have to argue with them.

Setting up a service call was easy, customer friendly, and completed in a timely manner. The tech, Chad who serviced our furnace was customer friendly, explained in detail what he was going to do servicing our furnace and kept us in the loop each step of the way. When the furnace inspection was done, Chad explained what he had serviced and found everything to be in good working order. He had also drained my hot water heater and found that it was getting close to failing. The bottom of the water heater was rusting and could leak at anytime. The total cost of the service was 10 can goods to be passed on to a food shelf. I would highly recommend this company for your heating, cooling, and plumbing needs. Update I had Dustin from O’Boys come out to install a new hot water heater. He arrived in a timely fashion, was knowledgeable, professional, and did a great job with the install. When Dustin completed the job he answered all of my questions and left the worksite clean. I would highly recommend O’Boys for any heating, cooling, and plumbing neeeds.

I'm sorry to have to downgrade my review. The O'Boys tech was able to come out on a Saturday afternoon within an hour and look at our AC unit. He was very personable and helpful. He told me there was a problem with a core component and that I needed to have another company come who was authorized to perform warranty work on my unit. The second company came and within five minutes found I had a buildup of dust/dirt on the exterior blocking the air flow. The O'Boys tech had looked inside the unit from the top but hadn't taken off the cover around the sides. The second tech hosed it down and my AC unit worked perfectly again. The second tech was surprised the first hadn't checked for this issue, as it is the first thing he checks in these situations, which seems reasonable. So, while I appreciate the prompt, friendly, off-hours service from O'Boys, their tech seems to have missed simple fix that cost me a few hundred more dollars to have a second tech find.

We had a great experience with O’Boys Plumbing, Heating & Air. When our AC went out, they responded quickly and took the time to explain our options without making us feel pressured. We ultimately decided to replace both our AC and furnace, and the entire process went smoothly. Their financing options were excellent and made such a large, unexpected expense much easier to manage. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful from start to finish. I also really appreciate that O’Boys is a family-owned business. You can tell they care about their customers and the quality of their work. Wonderful staff, great service, and an overall excellent experience.
