Elliot is the man. He took very good care of us. Above and beyond service for a very decent price. We had a different company install a new furnace and heat pump two years ago and there were at least 5 issues that have come up over the years with the install. We finally said good riddance to that company and tried Elliot. He's got a good review rating for a reason. He took care of each problem promptly for very fair pricing (according to my buddy who has been working at Bonfe for 10 years). Look no further for your HVAC guy.

Working with Elliot and his team was genuinely one of the best experiences that I’ve ever had working with folks in the trades. When he came to my house to quote the work that needed to be done he offered multiple different options ranging in price, but didn’t push me to choose any of the options. We ended up with the most involved mini-split installation, which included a unit for a guest bedroom and a ducted unit mounted in the basement, which services the entire first floor. He and Manny installed the units across two days and were incredibly respectful of our home during the process. Couldn’t recommend Sensible any more strongly!

He was always clear about the approach, options, and logistics of the install. I had a new furnace and AC installed on the upper level of a duplex. Both were high-efficiency units the house had never had before. Not every contractor wants to get creative with older homes, but Elliot was completely willing to work with the quirks of the space. He handled all the logistics, initial visits, coordinating the electrician (who was also great, and fair on pricing) and was really knowledgeable about local rebates. Manny worked alongside him on the install and did great work too. Utility projects like this can be stressful, but the whole team was professional throughout. Highly recommend.
