Sean did a wonderful job for us today (on a Saturday)! It was the beginning of a big time heat wave and our air conditioning unit suddenly started making a very loud noise, audible inside our house. Shortly thereafter our power went out. Sean was spot-on when he predicted that an under voltage situation from Excel Energy precipitated the air conditioner malfunction. When the power came back on, all was good. We are on a monthly plan with Peak Heating and Sean's responsiveness was tremendously appreciated!

Our AC went out on the hottest day in June, and Peak got us a same-day appointment. The issue was tricky, but Sean, the technician, was incredibly knowledgeable and persistent. He thoroughly tested and re-tested everything, then returned the next day at no charge to continue troubleshooting. Sean ultimately suspected an electrical issue with our breaker box and even spoke directly with our electrician to explain his findings. He was right—the problem was caused by a couple of old switches in the breaker box that needed replacement. We were very impressed with Sean’s expertise, dedication, and commitment to finding the root cause. Plus he was a nice guy too~
