My AC went out, and they responded and provided a free diagnostic estimate the same day. Almost got hit by one of the company trucks as he cut across bumper to bumper traffic on Culebra/Alamo Ranch to get in the opposite lanes knowing that his view was completely blocked. He was less than 2 inches away from t-boning me and caused me to swerve into oncoming traffic. He didn’t apologize or make any gestures. Be careful out there! If you want a thorough check on your ac without someone cutting corners reach out to Manuel and sons, ask for Enrique!! He not only came out on 4th of July but made sure we were taken care of to the fullest extent. Our ac motor went out and since it was a holiday the parts store was closed, he personally went and found the part and came back to install it. An amazing service but also a great employee and person. He does his job with pride and will make sure you are satisfied. He made sure I understood everything that was needed and let me know how we can protect our ac unit moving forward.
