He explained everything that he performed, explained ways to make my units last longer, and was highly professional. He went above and beyond all of my expectations! Joseph has 18 years of experience and it shows! And, the prices were very reasonable. If you are searching for a new A/C repair and maintenance company, I give my highest recommendation to Service First Air Conditioning!   • Service contract is a scam. Won’t let you book at any convenient times, only on their limited time schedule and will charge you a cancelation fee when you cancel they keep charging until you call back again. When they “service” it’s a brief 10 minute visual and just wait for stuff to break.

  • Feel lucky to have found this company. Honest guys who just want to help. Had Joseph Gonzalez out for a quote after two previous companies said I needed a new compressor or full system replacement, and left me without working AC. Joseph had me back up and running in 15 minutes.

  • Our AC compressor went out at 11PM on Sunday night. My husband called them that night and they got us an appointment with a technician by 8:00AM the following morning. They send updates on who your technician is, what time they should be there and give you an alert when the technician is on their way. We had the technician Joseph Gonzalez. This technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and did his absolute best to help us out. He even managed to get a compressor from Austin, and get the AC unit operational by 2:30PM the same day. We will absolutely call them if we have any AC unit issues in the future. Thank you so much for everything! If you’re needing help with your AC I recommend giving this company a try!

  • Called several AC Repair companies on a Sunday evening but all were either not available, too expensive, etc .however when I called Service First , they scheduled me in and communicated on when they would send tech. Tech showed up earlier, Joseph was very polite and professional and quickly accessed the ac and corrected issue with our ac , he explained everything as he was fixing problem and shared some helpful tips on the ac and thermostat. There needs to be more honest and professional companies and techs like Joseph. I highly recommend Service First Air Conditioning.
