• I have used Wright Home Services for my AC/heating and electrical services for many years. Today Wright Services performed my annual fall check up to ensure that my central heater is prepared for our winter use. The technician, Joseph, performed a thorough inspection. He was professional, friendly, courteous, respectful and very kind. I highly recommend Wright Home Services. Their charges are reasonable and you can rest assured that their technicians are the best in the San Antonio area. There was no charge for today’s inspection as I pay a reasonable annual fee that includes free service calls and fall and summer maintance inspections.

Wright Home Services was the top result with excellent ratings, so I called them. They were friendly, accommodating, and scheduled a consultation for the very next day. We were considering an HVAC system or a Mini Split. Their representative, Jason, assessed my mother's home and explained that a Mini Split would be the most efficient option for her 1960s house. The quote was very reasonable, and my mother immediately agreed to move forward. Jason quickly arranged the materials, assigned technicians, and scheduled the installation. The techs, Jacob and Brandon, arrived on time and were exceptionally professional and kind. • I live in San Antonio, Texas, which is pretty hot. And especially this summer it was been really hot. So for the second time the summer I had an issue with my air conditioner and a friend of mine recommended Wright Home Services and especially Joseph. He came out first thing in the morning the next day, and instantly discovered an issue with a prior install from an earlier appointment in this summer. And he helped me get evidence photos and stayed until I had gotten off the phone with Lowe’s who had been the service provider that had installed the item incorrectly in June. With his help I was able to get that provider to come back same day and fix the issue. I’ll tell you what though I will be going to Wright Home Services as long as I live in San Antonio for similar services.
