• I called will fix it for a plumbing issue. All the pipes in my house were backed up & I was super stressed about after completing a google search & learning about pricing. The guys were great. Tyler came in & identified the issue & educated me on how the plumbing infrastructure works. • After spending a couple of days in a hot house, we realize that the air conditioner, even though it was running constantly it was not cooling and since Wil Fix It had sold us the unit a couple years ago, I called them and I asked for somebody to please come give it a check up. I had a coupon for that and they said somebody would. I think it took a couple days, but once the young man got here, he was so thorough at his investigation and checking everything and just so pleasant, he wore covers on his shoes. He didn’t track mud on the hardwood floors! He checked everything top to bottom and explained things that I didn’t understand. I ask a lot of questions but he was very patient and once he narrowed it down to what was no working, he turned the outside unit off so it wouldn’t keep running and then they schedule for him to come back today. What is today 9 October, to install a new part. I have very hard to open windows but he was fast to help me open a window in my bedroom, so I’d be able to sleep more Comfortably. Today he quickly help me close it, I can’t do it by myself. I really appreciate his kindness and I’m sitting here, Nice and Cool now! Thank you!

• I used Will Fix It (wfi) to replace the busted main water line for my house. Wfi was able to start repairs that afternoon. I was thankful for getting a temporary water connection the same day that I called. They worked until 8pm to get the temporary connection connected. Chandler and all of wfi employees were professional and friendly. When it came to getting the permanent water line laid and connected, things didn't go as planned. Wfi worked with me on the pricing and financing. Wfi was flexible with me when scheduling the rest of the work. A place where wfi really shined was cleaning the job site up after their work was complete and spreading the dirt evenenly across my yard. The only ding I have for wfi, is their messaging service needs to improve. The cement subcontractor did a great job on cementing the trench that was cut for the new line.

• When Installation is completed I will give a complete review. One problem on day one: Was told they would be at my house at 7 AM to start installation, 9:30 no one here and no text or call informing me of when they would be here. Also was told that they would finish in one day when I signed contract. After Techs arrived they would be here for two (2) days. I was a little upset but after talking to the two techs I felt a lot better. They have done a good job so far and hopefully the will be done tomorrow.
