We thought our AC had died but Adrian came checked it outside and in at attic and what we needed was new thermostat. He installed the new one and cleaned the unit and changed the filter and added freon. One of the best parts is how he puts you at ease. When this stuff happens you immediately go to “this is going to be a fortune” but because we called Martinico instead of a 24/7 type repair place, we were given what we needed and not what they wanted to sell us.

LOVE my new heater! My old heater was misbehaving and I contacted Martinico and Sons for assistance. Within a couple days, Adrian performed an inspection. My heater was over 40 years old, out of compliance, and designed inefficiently! Adrian explained pros and cons of several options to have a properly working heater, which helped me to make an informed decision. He is so knowledgeable! Within a couple of weeks, Adrian was back and brought in Toan to help with the demo, upgrade, and install of a new heater with proper piping, duct work and thermostat. It was a lot of work, and they did a wonderful job! I am so happy with my new heater, it’s fantastic! Thank you Martinico and Sons!!

Wow! What a great company! My grandparents bought a furnace and air conditioner from Vince in the early 70's. Since theirs is still working, I wasn't going anywhere else when my system died last month. 10 out of 10, definitely recommended!

David came and installed a new furnace and fixed some duct work at our house. He also fixed the fan which was somehow not connected correctly to the thermostat so it was not working. My wife and kids are warm and the air is running cleaner.

David Martinico of Martinico and Sons did an exceptional job of removing and replacing the furnace at the condo located in Capitola. The working space was very small but yet they were neat, clean and efficient. The City approved the job without any problems. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to have furnaces or water heaters replaced.

I finally caved to my family's request for central AC. I got four bids and decided to go with Martinico and Sons. Their prices were competitive but I was also reassured that they've been operating in San Jose since the 1950s. The entire experience end-to-end was extremely positive. The estimate process was scheduled within day, and was friendly, transparent about pricing, and professional. The crew of 3 (and 4 on the third and final installation day) were consistently friendly, professional, and open to answering all my questions. They arrived on time all three days, took care around our home and yard, and stayed busy working the entire 2.5 days. The email communication with the main office was extremely professional and consistently prompt. Highly recommend from every aspect!
