• Super Brothers was great through the whole process. The initial visit for the panel estimate, all questions were answered and was comfortable working with the guy who came out. Very professional and wore shoe covers. Scheduled the work to be done and the electrician who came out was also professional and nice. Completed the work on time and verified power was working. Even patched up the wall (surprise because I had minor work done with another company that left open holes in my walls). Super Brothers handled the permits and setting up the inspection. On day of inspection I called to coordinate the inspection time and they handled the final inspection with the city. My wife chose this company, I should have listened to her in the first place and would have saved myself a headache and money from the first company I chose. Super Brothers is super.

• I wanted a mini split in my garage. When the technician arrived he told me that by state law it can only be installed in a habitable space. He told me the office staff needs to better screen these calls. He seemed to be in a hurry to leave and did not offer any possible solutions to my problem. Too bad. I believe they missed an opportunity to make a sale with a different solution to the heat in my garage.

• I just had my house repiped with copper and I am very happy with the work Boris, Nikc, Paul, and Alex did. Every morning they were on time and immediately got to work. They were diligent about keeping the work spaces clean and communicated clearly the timeline and when we would and would not have water. As part of the repipe they also replaced a sink faucet, our water heater, and installed a water softener. Every time I had a question, Boris made sure to answer with a clear explanation that removed any concerns I had. The best part was that the job was estimated to take four days, but the crew got it done in three!

• They came in to replace our 64 year old cast iron sewer pipes. The team came in led by Andre. They assessed the best way to get it done and got right to it. They were very courteous, they covered everything that needed to be covered, and only walked on the floor coverings. Every afternoon/ evening they cleaned up all work spaces. Andre communicated what they had worked on and what work would be done the next day. The work took 3 days, and they were here on time all 3 day ready to work putting down the floor coverings and getting to it. • Never had such a great experience with any contractor. So grateful to Eugene, Artem, Nick, and Alex not only for the great work they did, but for the care and attention they put in for 3 straight months. My house is built kind of complicatedly and the water heater isn't located in the most accessible place, but they were able to make it work. Not only that, but Eugene found me a new tankless water heater that would also work with my radiant floors - not only saving cost, but space as well. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. They came back multiple times to make sure work was up to par - never half-assing anything. • Super Brothers has been our Go To plumbers for several years. They are professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable on all aspects of plumbing and air conditioning. This last visit was to determine the origin of two separate leaks and repair them. Bothe leaks were quickly identified. • Incredibly helpful and trustworthy! I called Super Brothers to get a rough quote on a full repipe, redrain, and water heater replacement job that my parents had already had done but I believe they were ripped off on because they are seniors (more details on that below). Kathy at SB not only gave me a fair honest price that matched other places I had called, she advised me on next steps for how to research and report the original company that I was suspicious of. She looked up and confirm the lack of permit that the other company failed to pull, she gave me a fair quote on someone from Super Brothers coming out to check the work that was done, and once the first company pulled an after-the-fact permit because I confronted them, she advised me that I should save my money and let the county inspector check the work instead of paying SB. Only a really honest company would turn away business and guide a potential customer towards a cheaper option. Kathy took several calls from me and went above and beyond to help me out with no expectation of anything in return. That level of service is rare these days and I will certainly call Super Brothers if I ever need plumbing at my parents’ house again. The company that did the original work (Drain Time - never ever use them!) came over for a clogged kitchen sink on a house that is only 11yrs old. They upsold my parents, who are almost 80 and both have neurological conditions, multiple times from $500 to $5000 to $20,000 to a final bill of $45,000! For a 2 bath single story prefab home with a raised foundation and no slab. That’s more than 2x what it should have cost according to all my research. AND Drain Time didn’t pull a permit before doing the work (which is illegal), they tried to close up the walls without an inspection and they were pressuring my parents on final payment before the job was complete! If you ever need a plumber in the Folsom area, call Super Brothers!!! And never ever call Drain Time! Ever! Thank you Kathy!!!!

• The quote was provided by team leader. They were polite and promised to fix our water leak, water hammer problem along with shower handle replacement. A different team arrived to fix the actual problem who were impatient and did not fix all the problems. We are still left with our water hammer problem.
