  • My experience from start to finish was fantastic. I requested service online at like 4am and received a call back at 7:30am. There was availability same day but we scheduled for the next day. I received a confirmation email and text and a call the morning before the technician arrived. I was sent the technicians info including a picture of him. Steve was my technician. He was amazing! He did an inspection, found the things I needed fixed, and gave me several different options on what services I wanted. He did not make me feel pressured into paying for unnecessary services. He explained everything to me thoroughly and got to work. My appt was at 3pm and he was done with everything by 5:30I will definitely use them for future jobs!

  • Rob and Rob were awesome—patient, informative, and thorough. Although the news wasn’t what I had hoped for, they clearly explained our options and the long-term benefits. They helped me understand what to prioritize to keep our family safe, address the pipe concerns, and resolve the issue that prompted my call. Thank you, Rob and Rob! The Dawkins Family

  • Predatory business for sure. After calling them to initially fix my hvac I told them specifically that the issue is the blow motor they charged me for a diagnosis which they determined it’s the transformer and the blow motor is fine. After charging me over 1300 to do the work they left and no longer than 30 minutes later it broke again calling them back they want to then say the blow motor was the problem and it’s going to be about 3000 to fix it even though the part is on warranty. They then want to charge me the service fee again although the problem was misdiagnosed in the first place. I highly recommend not going with this company and do some shopping around before choosing this. Company. If you value price and service done right the first time and not the predatory practices of this business.

  • Steve saved me big tonight! I lost my wallet today and thankfully Steve and his family found it! Not only did he find it, but he drove all the way from Thomasville to Archdale at 8:30 at night to return it to me!! That kind of honesty and willingness to go out of your way for someone says a lot about a person and the way they run their business. If I ever need a plumber, I know who I’m calling! Thanks again, Steve!

  • The technician, Robert and Lucas were professional and very knowledgeable, courteous, and their customer service was excellent. They explained all options on the service and left me feeling really satisfied. The technician Robert and Jordan came in to conquer the project and did just that. However, before they started on the job I was explained my options in price and recommendations, what should be done without any hassle. Both technician had really great customer service. After the job was done, you wouldn’t even know that they were here because they clean up the area in which they work with care. They made me feel comfortable and both had pleasant personalities, they have represented the company is my opinion. On September 30 two service technicians came to give me my yearly inspection and was told of things that were outdated and needed to be replaced with updated equipment. They explained my options and the consequences of not replacing items under the sink in the kitchen and bathroom. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism in explaining things with understanding on my part. They did the replacement and cleaned the areas where they work. They also answered questions that I had. Really appreciate their character and making me feel comfortable in making the decision to replace the items. I can’t remember their names, but would recommend them. Two service representative came September 11, 2026 to inspect my water connection. The only problem I have difficulty believing on that day is I am having problems with my water heater and it is not even a year old because the same person who told me the problem is the same person who installed it. Maybe I should get a second opinion about the insulation that was done because the cost seems too high and the water heater is not even a year old. It is now 8:10 pm September 21, 2026 having another water heater put in because the one that was installed in July of last year was leaking and that manufacture date is 2024 not 2025 or a newer version. It was told to me that the installation wasn’t up to par. I feel like I was scammed because I am a senior citizen and too trusting. Told what I paid was too much above price for a water heater. Now I am in debt because I believe someone who didn’t do his job properly and correctly. If this was the problem I pray that the Lord will intervene for the wrong that was done.

  • CALL OTHER PLUMBING SERVICES BEFORE YOU EVER DECIDE TO CALL THIS COMPANY. They are not honest brokers and will aggressively push for an expensive, unneeded system replacement over simple, cheap repairs. On the first visit, the company sneaked a maintenance membership into my bill without making it clear that it was completely optional. The manager, Rob, was present for this visit. When a minor leak reappeared the next day, I called them back out and they charged me a truck fee. Before even opening the unit to see what the problem was, the technician, Bailey, immediately started pushing me to buy a brand-new water heater due to its age. When I declined, Bailey hit me with an additional diagnostic fee just to open it up. Bailey then claimed it was a broken O-ring and tried to put in a mismatched, "close alternative" part, which failed to fix the leak. Their next move was to demand over $2,000 for a replacement part or push again for a brand-new system. I declined. After they left, I opened the unit myself. I found that the mismatched O-ring Bailey used was completely broken. I went to the hardware store, bought a matching $0.99 O-ring, and fixed the leak myself in minutes. By ignoring their "expert" advice, I saved a minimum of $2,000. When I called the office to report this, I spoke to the manager, Rob. Rob explicitly admitted to me on the phone that the company was misleading about the membership they signed me up for on day one. Furthermore, Rob expressed complete shock regarding Bailey's actions during that second service visit. He promised the owner would call me back regarding restitution, but I never received a call. Save your money, avoid the stress, and call literally anyone else. EDIT BASED ON RESPONSE: They note they want me to reach back out to them when they literally said they would call back, they never did. They have my phone number, if they wanted to reach out, they could. They aren't interested! Also, at the end of the day, I was able to fix my problem with a $0.99 solution that extends the life of my water heater that was otherwise perfectly fine. They are gaslighting you into thinking the best solution is always something new with the argument that they are professionals, that's insane and not putting the customer's best interest first, but putting their financial interest ahead of the customer. I stand by my statement, call literally anyone else first.

  • Robert Brodsky was very professional and friendly. I appreciate the maintenance check and how they relayed possible future repairs and maintenance. Thanks for job well done on my air conditioning.

  • Absolutely over priced. Quoted me 3 different prices for a SIMPLE KITCHEN SINK CLOG. the lowest was 13 hundred dollars yes I said that correctly. Got two other quotes ranging from three to four hundred dollars. That's a big difference. Just unclog the sink and stop trying to upsell nonsense. The clog is fixed and my checking account is not broken. Get other prices.

  • They came out and diagnosed my problem and the repairs cost much more than I anticipated. I never heard of paying over 200 dollars per pound for freon. Little lone a capacitor that was replaced I saw it online for $45 ended up costing more than $200 with them putting it on. I showed to the tech she said it wasn't the same one . But according to the box lable it was 45/5 . So all I can say is they will fix your problem but get ready to empty your wallet. I just feel I got ripped.off. But they had me, my air was out and it was 87 degrees iny house. Oh one more thing according to the lady on the phone they offer a VA discount nope nada they don't. I'm totally an unsatisfied customer. Is customer satisfaction 100% guaranteed. I'm not one. Hey master plumbing I did email you as requested but you still have not contacted me. What a work of art your company is.

These guys took time to explain the problem and were able to fix it in a timely manner. Rob B came to inspect Ac and HVAC. He was thorough and explained findings. This company has been good to us.

  • I’m writing to warn others about Master Plumbing . In April , they charged me $1,500 for an inspection, a capacitor and a connector . The technician did not correctly crimp the female spade connectors onto the capacitor. As a result, a wire came off and fried my system this weekend. I gave Master Plumbing a chance to fix it, but they would not warranty the part or their work. I then hired Go Green , who came out, corrected the installation, and repaired everything for $525 . They explained the capacitor installed by Master Plumbing was most likely cheap/possibly used and had been installed improperly. Go Green also warranties the part for one year . To top it off, Master Plumbing quoted me $22,000 for a new system, while two other companies told me anything over about $15,000 would be “robbery” for my small one-story house. I do not recommend Master Plumbing.

  • One star is being generous--a zero would be more accurate. Master came to repair a burst pipe spewing water all over the detached apartment at my home. The tenant was away or, as a plumber himself, would've fixed it. Making that repair was all I needed or wanted. BUT the Rep scared me into agreeing to have an expansion tank installed on the water heater, saying how dangerous it was not to have one. He also insisted that I replace both toilets even though the older one had no damage and functioned just fine while the other wasn't even two years old! I declined. I'll cut to the chase and let any future customers know that my final bill came to $5019! I was so stunned that the next day I called another service to give me a quote just on the under the sink repair of the burst pipe--it came to $650, since I had NO figures on the expansion tank, I did my own research and found at the most it would be about $550, nowhere near over $5000! But that's not all--Master has a deal with Synchrony Bank to finance your charges; you apply right on the spot and immediately you're charged $27 just for applying and the interest rate is 24.99% so you end up paying thousands more than the initial charges. To add to this debacle, I asked for an actual invoice showing the charges; twice I was told it would be emailed to me but it never came. I refuted the charges with Synchrony only to be turned down. Synchrony, however, sent me the paperwork they received from Master--it listed the parts but NO prices! Nothing to substantiate the final bill. And Master STILL won't send me that. I have never had any repair done on my car, or appliances, etc., that did not show me the costs. Master refuses--that should tell you everything. They pad your bill with every imaginable extra--yearly maintenance subscriptions for your HVAC, for example. Then just as this Rep did, do their best to find other work to do, i.e., an expansion tank on your water heater. They won't call you back to answer your questions either. So do yourself a favor and NEVER call on them to do anything! You will regret it. PS: When my tenant came back I asked him to check out the work and tell me if it warranted the final cost; his answer: 'No way'
