Yvette has provided the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I called Thursday afternoon around 11am to get on their schedule. She answered the phone and said scheduling will call me back at a later time. No call back was received I called again at 4:30 Thursday to follow up. She told me they’re closed and they’ll send someone out “tomorrow” she never asked what our business hours were during either phone call. I explained to her we are closed Friday - Sunday. She said they are closed and no one can help me. The companies google listing says they’re open 24hrs. She told me google was wrong. I said thanks and hung up. She then called me back and confronted me about hanging up in her. So I then asked about getting on a tech’s schedule Monday she said “we have meetings Monday that wasn’t going to work” I tried calling again today 5/12 Tuesday to speak to someone in scheduling. Yvette then said she is the scheduling department. I asked to speak with someone else in scheduling she said it’s only her, So I asked to speak with her manager, she transferred me to someone’s voicemail without the phone ringing. I called again to speak to a manger she said no one’s available and I can just wait on hold if I need to speak to someone other than her. Zero accountability and even less customer service skills. 👎

Mechanical systems has been out three times in the last year and a half to repair a walk-in cooler every time they overcharged me and tell me it’s fixed. And still, the problem exists l. This time I was told that we’re no longer in their system and that they would not be able to assist me nor offer any type of warranty! Very bad business practice I would not recommend them.

The ladies in the office and the men in the field are absolutely amazing. They have been key in keeping Builders FirstSource up and running, whether it be the AC, electrical, or mechanical. They are always the first call.

This company price gouges every chance they get! Consumers do not like being taken advantage of and they will certainly not be in business long by having unethical business practices!!!!! I would Never call this company back! They definitely have me confused with another dissatisfied customer. Can’t keep track of them I suppose 🤣
