• Waste of time, technician came out and didn't do the job we hired him for as he didn't have any experience with our A/C unit but they still charged us for it. Milani investigated and acknowledged the issue and promised us a refund 6 weeks ago, my husband has had to follow up multiple times, to no avail. They keep promising a manager will call back or that the accounting team will follow up and they never do. Still no refund for a service that was not provided. Waste of money and time. • I hired Milani to install a new furnace and air conditioner in my townhouse. While the initial install went fine, the AC unit they recommended has been a nightmare. It has broken down every single year due to internal wiring issues—a problem their own technicians admitted is a "well-known" flaw with this specific model. The Service Experience: Warranty Priority: If you have a warranty claim, expect to be at the bottom of the list. I frequently had to wait over a week for a technician to show up. Recurring Costs: The labor warranty is only one year. I paid out of pocket in Year 2 and Year 3 for the exact same issue. By Year 4, when it broke again, they still expected me to pay for a diagnostic on a problem they clearly hadn’t fixed the first two times. The Solution: I eventually hired an independent HVAC technician. They identified the root cause immediately, fixed it, and I haven’t had a single issue in two years. Final Verdict: It feels like this company prioritizes marketing over product quality and thorough diagnostics. If you have an emergency and a massive budget, they’ll show up. If you want a fair price and a job done right the first time, look elsewhere.
