• Dangerous drivers. Driving in the fast lane for 20 mins with no cars in front of them, pulled up next to them and the driver is leaned over watching the passengers phone. Over took them in the right lane and hovered 20 metres ahead and watched them both heads down looking at phones still solo in the fast lane. Seems a few of your reviews are based off traffic issues or staff issues not from customers. Will be reporting the footage we have to the police

• I had the worst experience with Newton AC. I scheduled an appointment for them to come out and repair my HVAC system, and they never showed up. After confirming the appointment, I waited all day for their technician to arrive, but no one ever showed up. No phone call, no explanation, nothing. I tried reaching out multiple times, calling their office and leaving messages, but they completely ignored me. I never got a response, and they never bothered to reschedule or explain why they missed the appointment. This happened over the course of 4 days, where they would state they were on the way or coming to help service our system that we had them install, just for them to not show and then not answer our calls. It’s beyond frustrating when a company wastes your time like this. Their lack of communication and customer service is appalling. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers at all. I would never recommend Newton AC to anyone. If you're looking for a reliable HVAC service, look elsewhere. This company is a complete letdown.
