They finished the job exactly when they promised. I had one special request: I really wanted them to avoid making holes in the walls because I didn’t want to have to hire someone else to come and patch them. They were very careful and able to respect my request, which saved me the extra cost and trouble of repairing the walls. They also took the time to show me how to use the heat pump and even attached the controllers to the wall so I won’t lose the remote controls! I am very happy with the work. • This is the second time we've used their services. Three years ago, in December 2023, our furnace broke. That day, I went for a walk and tried calling different companies that could install a new furnace for me. Then I saw some guys who had already installed furnaces in other houses. I explained my problem to them. They gave me a price that same day. And my furnace was installed the next day. Our central air conditioner broke this week. It was a very old unit. I called Ricardo, and they came the next day and fixed it, but they advised replacing it because it was so old and could break at any time. So we decided to replace it. Ricardo was able to find a suitable air conditioner for us at a reasonable price. They arrived the next day and installed it. The Cool Guys provided excellent service. I highly recommend them if you want your problem resolved quickly and efficiently.

• Ricardo did a fantastic job, and I would absolutely give him a five-star rating. My furnace had stopped working, and I had several technicians look at it before. Some told me it was the control board, some said it could be fixed, and others said they would order parts, but nothing was resolved. When Ricardo came, he was very professional and thorough. He carefully analyzed the problem, confirmed that the board was faulty, and also explained that the furnace itself was quite old. He clearly went over all my options. At first, I chose to replace the board. Ricardo ordered the part and returned to install it, but once he started the repair, it became clear that other components were also failing. He honestly explained that fixing one part at a time would likely lead to more breakdowns and higher costs than replacing the furnace altogether. Based on his advice, we decided to go ahead with a full replacement. He explained the entire process, the timeline, and what to expect. He and his team arrived early in the morning exactly as promised. They were quiet, respectful, diligent, and very hardworking. They completed the job on schedule, and after two days everything was working perfectly. They also left the place very clean, which I really appreciated. I couldn’t give more credit to Ricardo and his team. Thank you for the excellent service!
