I called about a clogged toilet. Someone came out right away but couldn't unclog the toilet. So they sent someone else out saying that the only way to unclogg the toilet was to take the whole toilet off which would cost 344 dollars. So he took the toilet off and worked on it for about 20 minutes. Said the problem was fixed, put the toilet on and left. An hour later I used the toilett and it wouldn't flush still. What a rip off. Now I am dealing with them coming back out.

Serviceman Florencio Perez, Jr. came at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday to service our heating unit as part of our membership service. He conducted several tests regarding gas leaks, carbon monoxide, and electrical systems. He also notified me of a potential health risk concerning scale spores that were present primarily due to excessive usage during the hot weather this summer. My wife and I both have allergies with sneezing and coughing, and he recommended installing a UV-C light that would prohibit the live bacteria and spores from spreading. We agreed and he installed a high-quality light, and we will be monitoring the results.

Gary did a very thorough job with my annual HVAC tune-up. He carefully assessed the system, cleaned everything, and took the time to check the components to make sure everything was operating properly. Luis Medina did an amazing job in my home. Fixed all as discussed, no surprises on billing. He even needed to struggle with Grohe to fix one detail, because they sent the wrong part, but persisted and got it fixed. I recommend his work.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I’ve never had such professional, courteous, knowledgeable, exceptional customer service from a technician. Daniel is the exception to the rule. He came in performed the job, provided suggestions and wasn’t pushy as some technicians you allow to service your home. If I’d known Milestones had such techs, I would have called sooner. Tyler was great. Quickly identified the location of my water leak and provided a clear video. I had previously called the City of Dallas. Their employee said the leak was my responsibility; however, the video clearly shows the City’s shut off valve is the source of the leak. Milestone always provide excellent service.
