05 MAY 2024 TemperaturePro - Dallas (TPD)… Where do I start!? We had the BEST customer service experience ever with TPD; it was absolutely EXCEPTIONAL!!! Starting with Jessica, she set up our appointment with TPD; speaking with her, I immediately felt like I made the right decision by calling TemperaturePro - Dallas. Mark, my TPD representative has EXCEPTIONAL (I don’t want overuse the word exceptional; in this case, he has) customer service skills; I know, because I work in customer service! Mark was professional and he’s a great listener; to me, that’s a plus! We never felt pressured. Mark took notes, he evaluated our existing HVAC system, and he offered great recommendations. Mark understood what we were seeking for our HVAC needs. Because he understood what we were seeking, we received exactly (Carrier 2-Stage System) what we wanted at a very competitive price. Disclosure… I sought three (3) HVAC quotes. After doing extensive research (I wanted to be realistic with pricing), TemperaturePro - Dallas met what we budget for; it was a win-win for us and TPD. Additionally, our install team, Moe, Juan, and Ethan were a GREAT Trio… in short, from a technician/installer standpoint, they knock it out of the park!!! Moe’s Team install was very neat and professional looking. Also, they were polite and knowledgeable! Moe, the lead, kept me in the loop on how our HVAC installation was progressing. In closing, I can honestly say with certainty, choose TPD first for your HVAC needs. If you must, get two additional HVAC quotes; I believe you will choose TemperaturePro - Dallas over the others! Air went out, Moe worked after hours guiding me through some routine checks well after hours. Lined up a tech Alec the next morning who also showed my wife some tips to keep our unit serviced correctly. I highly recommend this company especially based off service.

Alec was great to work with. He texted ahead to let me know he was on his way, which I appreciated. From the moment he arrived until the appointment was complete, he was friendly, professional, and courteous. Throughout the inspection, Alec took the time to explain what he was doing and what he was finding. I never felt rushed, and it was clear that he was thoroughly servicing my equipment rather than simply trying to get through the appointment as quickly as possible. He answered all of my questions, was patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. What impressed me most was his willingness to make a late-night house call when my unit stopped working. Based on this experience, I will continue to use TemperaturePro for all of my heating and air conditioning needs. Highly recommended!

Alec arrive at the specified time to do a spring AC check up. He was quite professional and efficient. When he entered our house to check the unit, he put on protective booties. (This was a plus!) He checked all of the AC components and found no problems, but did suggest some upgrades to the system. There was no pressure to purchase the upgrades, but he provided good information for us to consider. Overall, Alec is a great representative of Temperature Pro and has my highest recommendation.

I wanted to share a quick update on the recent AC troubleshooting. Mo/Alec did a great job performing a thorough inspection to identify the issue. He carefully checked both the condenser unit and the upstairs coil using a bubble solution, and no visible leaks were found at this time. As an added step, he also introduced a UV dye into the system. This will make it much easier to pinpoint the source if a leak shows up during normal operation. Overall, I appreciate the detailed and proactive work done. Great job -Mo/Alec, thank you again.

Have been using TemperaturePro to service our AC/Heater for years now! We always have someone reach out to us twice a year to get our maintenance scheduled to ensure our systems are working properly. We have also received hand written thank you cards from our technician in the mail following the appointments and I do think that is a nice touch. Alec has come out the last few times and remembered our dogs and asked about our foster dog (who has since been adopted). I do appreciate the staff remembering clients (including the fur babies). Alec has always been professional and informative.
