• I cannot thank Cactus enough for everything. Jake, Juan, and Marcelino went above and beyond. They helped with insurance, came out on a holiday weekend after the insurance’s vendor rendered my unit inoperable, replaced a unit, and afterwards they identified an issue caused by another vendor a couple years prior. They fixed that too! There are not many companies that take pride in their work like Cactus. Allow this review to provide peace of mind that you will not go wrong choosing Cactus.

From the quote process, answering all my questions, onsite the morning of my install and in providing excellent customer service by sending someone back to rectify a minor issue I noticed when I inspected their work. • A/C stopped blowing cool air late Sunday afternoon, on the hottest day of summer. Someone from Cactus came within a couple hours of calling them. Our tech happened to be the owner and he was great. Helpful, thorough, honest and a good communicator, he explained what the prob was & why it happened. He then advised how to remedy the issue, as well as how to keep it from happening again, when he could have recommended expensive solutions that his company could provide.
