Scam Alert!!! These guys came out to diagnose a plumbing leak. It was a cracked pvc pipe in my shutoff valve box. For a job that takes 100 dollars in parts and about 2-3 hours of labor, they wanted to charge me almost $6,000!!! Backing out the parts and a normal markup on materials, that means they charge about $1,800 per hour of labor! For comparison, a senior parter at a law firm charges about 500-600 per hour. I could pay the owner of a global law firm to come change this valve and save 75%. I hate companies like this that judge your house and your neighborhood and then try to price gouge you. Buyer BEWARE with these predatory scammers.

I used the company originally in 2021. The service man was very polite. He confirmed my conclusion that one of my toilets needed to have its tank components replaced. The estimate for a less than one hour of service including a $45 part was $675. I paid the service call and asked him to leave. Would not recommend the company.

Today Ricardo and Dylan came out and replaced the existing cast iron pipes with PVC under the house.Their work was outstanding and in a very reasonable amount of time. Ricardo explained every step of the process and was very patient with our multiple questions. Extremely professional and courteous. I recommend this company to anyone who needs this type of service.
