Unbelievable service at a very good price. I found this company on yelp early one morning trying to find some one to flush by tankless water heater. They showed up today and not only took care of the tankless unit examined the pipes from the house to the street, checked all the outdoor faucets, fixed a loose faucet in the master bath, etc. really amazing service. Do yourself a favor and check out this company.

David and Brian came by the house to install my new unit; in the attic and outside unit. Finished in good timing. Both professional and courteous. Answered any and all questions. Ian and Emmit the same. Of course I've had many dealings with Emmit......awesome young man. The crew represented Dial One greatly. If your reading this, don't sleep on this company. On Monday, a previous failed main waterline repair to my home approximately 3 months ago resulted in a significant water leak appearing on my front lawn. I called Dial One Johnson Plumbing, Cooling & Heating and a technician (James) was dispatched on Tuesday morning. James arrived between the scheduled time and quickly identified the broken pipe, explained the repair/cost, and completed the job cleanly and efficiently within a few hours. The serviceman called so we would expect him. He was prompt, professional and dealt with a ridiculous problem we had.
