We had a leaking unit that needed to be serviced. Dylan came out on short notice and helped us fix the leak, serviced our unit and cleaned the drain lines. He was very professional, friendly, and fixed our problems quickly!

It can be so hard to find good, reliable help in Dallas, but Coolinary Arts really delivered. The owner came out within two hours of my call, diagnosed the issue right away, and even managed to get the part and complete the repair the same day. Our air conditioner was back up and cooling before noon! The whole process was fast, professional, and stress-free. They did a fantastic job, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Update: have used them several times since orginal post and are always thorough and reliable.

We’ve had continuous issues with our A/C system since we moved into this home a year ago. We called Coolinary Arts and they have been great. Dylan was on time, thorough in his assessment and he didn’t try to upsell me, which I was grateful for. He just did his best to address the immediate need. Very impressed by the honesty of this company. After being told by a large company that our system couldn't be repaired and them trying to sell me a whole new system, Dylan showed up from Coolinary and showed me the issue was a simple fix. As an update to previous posts, we love working with Coolinary Arts. Just an extremely well-managed organization with such an emphasis on customer service. Dylan is awesome! We have used Coolinary Arts for a few years now, and have always appreciated their quality and professionalism. Dylan came earlier than expected and inspected the system to ensure there were no issues. Dylan was extremely professional and very polite! Also, we had an issue with a clog in the AC drain late in the day, and Dylan came out right away and blew it out, and the AC was up and running again. Coolinary Arts will always be our go-to: Prompt, professional, and completely customer focused.

Coolinary Arts HEATING and AIR are amazing. Had them to my home for a tune up before the real heat hits. The tech showed me the dirty filter and replaced it. I also upgraded the old thermostat to the new NUVE system so I can control the temp in the house from my phone so my dog doesn’t get hot in the summer. These guys are recommended 5 stars!!!

I’ve found Justin and Dylan at Coolinary Arts to be honest and very reasonable. They haven’t been pushy about needing a new system, but have shot me straight. I had them replace the unit at my old house and one day will have them re-do the system at my new house.
