We just had cowboy cooling Service 3 HVAC units for the first time. They came highly recommended by our neighbor and they did not disappoint. We had the service technician by the name of William, who was outstanding! He is highly educated on HVAC, he took this time to explain certain issues on each unit and some potential issues that he found which he provided pictures. I just wish we found this company sooner! The price that is noted reflects a yearly service contract, which includes two yearly visits (summer /fall) for 3 units.

Regular spring HVAC maintenance and one repair item. The tech (William) was very friendly, professional, and thorough. He was very diligent and took the time needed to diagnose the problem (faulty thermostat), researched and procured an appropriate replacement thermostat of the same brand as the HVAC system, and installed it including the system settings (total time was about five hours). William answered all our questions and made sure everything was in working order before he left. Would definitely like for him to perform our next maintenance.
