AVOID THIS BUSINESS – BilllyGO was hired to repair a “minor” leak to my sewer line and left me with a backflow in the line causing sewage backup and water leaking under by slab causing flooding and saturated soil running down my front lawn. After much gaslighting from this company, it took pressure and leverage for them to do anything when they should have just honored the warranty they use get customers. So, they came out and re-did the pipe causing the same results and again refused to admit it was a warranty repair. They are now saying that because this line passes sewer and water tests the sewage build up and water leak is not their responsibility. These weren’t there before BillyGO did any work so, of course, it is their responsibility. I have been quoted $4,000 to fix what BillyGO does not have the sklllset to do. This company does not care about the customer. They care about their revenue and they absolutely will not take responsibility for anything when it will significantly cost them so beware. I now have to have it repaired by a knowledgeable company and pursue BillyGO legally.

We replaced our old AC system with a new one with new duct work and intakes. It's been over 100 degrees for awhile and our house has never been cooler. This was quite an upgrade. We took 3 bids and chose billyGO because of the add-ons that they came up with that would improve performance. The plan may be more important than the brand and we appreciate the amount of time their rep spent on on the design.

I have been a customer of BillyGo's since September of 2022 and the service techs have yet to disappoint. David Loraus was added to this list of exceptional service. Although I was entered as a plumbing issue instead of hvac, he still performed the necessary tasks and directed me to their go to restoration provider for my hvac water damage done to my carpet. Thank you all for being available when I need you. He was a little late today but so was I, lol, so it worked out perfectly. I have recommended many people to you all for this reason and will continue to do so.
