Jake, Lake and Wyatt did an excellent job on our sump pump, it was difficult and yet they made sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend this company.

After recent rains and power outages, I wanted to make certain I had a quality sump pump AND battery backup. Lake was on time , offered various options and price points, and had the right equipment with him to do the job then and there since I knew what I wanted. He was super easy to work and did the job much faster than I expected!

Today Gage came and helped me with our hvac system that was giving an open fuse alert. Which was frustrating on my end since it was something that seemed so simple to fix yet, even after I replaced the fuse myself, an error code continued to generate 24 hours later. Gage even looped in his manager Colton to assist in the unique error being generated. They were both great and even pointed out extracurricular features I had no idea existed within my system. I had them service my hvac humidifier (no idea this was even there) and we are monitoring my circuit board for further issues. This is not where the value added conversations ended but for length of review sake it should be known we discussed many other things. These needs based recommendations led to me sign up for their membership program. Great experience and look forward to working with them going forward. Thanks all. Dominic S.

Jaycob came by to perform and annual maintenance on our furnace. I was evaluating Modern as a new HVAC partner because the last HVAC company we used got bought out by PE and provided us a questionable diagnoses of a leak as being caused by an inducer motor that needed to be replaced and provided a quote that was 6x higher than the cost of a replacement inducer motor from Grainger. Jaycob ID'd the source of the water, showed me the source, his evidence train, and then gave me a run down of the diagnostic data from the routine maintenance and fixed the water leak. Very reasonable price for the repair and we are now annual members for their maintenance. Had we chosen to repair the inducer motor with the other company the leak would have persisted and eventually caused a problem and we would have been out a lot of money. Thank-you Jakob and Modern Heating and Cooling.

Amazing service! Our furnace stopped working. Modern answered my call, no voicemail, which was awesome. They were able to come out tonight with the temps dropping below zero and winter blizzard on the way. Great communication from Modern and text from the technician with photo. Jake and the team are incredible! Prime example, last night I noticed the AC unit was running but no cold air was blowing. I called into the office and by 8pm Trevor was at the house to save the day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had our air conditioner back up and running in no time. Trevor was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. By 10 PM, our house was back down to a comfortable 67 degrees! I’m praising God for Trevor and his willingness to help when we needed it most. Great guy, great service, highly recommend!
