  • From start to finish; our project was just as APS said and they communicated so that I could understand what I was getting, what was the problem and how their service and better products were going to be the best solution. I could have gone a cheap route and cut corners but I am SO GLAD I DID NOT! Thank you, APS, for being patient and walking me yhrough this project. There will be more in our future for sure. We keep using your services and tell people about you constantly.

  • I was told they use “flat-rate” pricing, so they would not provide a breakdown of labor and materials. I was ultimately charged $457, which is significantly more than the “just over $400”. When I scheduled the appointment, I specifically advised them that three shutoff valves were leaking and needed to be replaced. I never called to schedule a presale inspection, i knew the 3 shutoff valves needed replaced. I’m not sure why the technician wasn’t sent with the parts needed to complete the job. What should have been a relatively straightforward one-hour repair took considerably longer because the technician had to make two separate trips to get parts. I understand that unexpected issues can happen, but paying $457 for a job that was clearly described when I booked the appointment, especially when the additional time was largely due to the technician not having the necessary parts, is difficult to justify. The problem identified that they are bragging about was that the sump pump lid isn't screwed down. 😆😆

  • Matt Preston came out to my home in a very punctual time frame, very friendly and courteous. Got right to work looking for the problem to find I did not need my kitchen sink water shut off valves repaired. He showed and explained everything that I thought was a concerned, went the extra mile to check over my whole home with a first point inspection to make sure I did not have any other unnoticed uncheck issues going on without my awareness that could be a problem in the future. He was more than willing to give me estimates on other future jobs I was thinking of having done in the near future. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I will be calling him back again to serve me in future projects and I give him a Ten Star. He is a keeper, Thank you matt for your service and have a great week. 😊

  • Made an appointment on Friday they sent Steve out on Monday morning first thing. He ran a camera in both drain clean outs and got the clog unplugged and now everything drains great. Steve was very friendly and professional. we will use them again if we have an problems.

  • Steve snaked out our bathroom sink drain, as it was blocked somehow. Discovered the drain pipe had a foreign object stuck in it. 20 minutes later it was draining fine. Steve is very customer focused, arrived earlier than promised, and was great to work with. Have never used APS before but would highly recommend them. Nancy handled my initial call and her customer service approach convinced me to give them a try.

  • The gentleman (Matt Preston) they sent out to fix our plumbing issue arrived on time, making sure notice was given before arriving. He was very polite, hard working and deligent. Making sure everything was up and running properly, before leaving. Also did not leave a mess behind, which I really appreciated!! Very efficient, would deffinately hire Matt again, of course through APS!!

  • With the nitrate concerns in the water, I called APS for a reverse osmosis filtration system. Bob came out to assess my home and discuss my options. He provided details on the pros and cons of the options and we settled on a kitchen only system in the basement. He made sure it would work with my refrigerator ice maker, which is a detail I've heard people say other plumbers miss. Got it installed today on the timeline they expected! Will be using them again!
