These guys are amazing. During the winter and sub-freezing weather on a late Sunday night, they came out because our furnace had stopped working. It had just been installed a couple months before. We have a manufactured home so the underbelly needed to stay warm. They came right away and fixed the problem and all has been well. Great team.

We had our furnace, Hot water heater and yes ac unit to, after the flood in our basement! DES Moines heating and cooling came out 2 hours after I called gave us wonderful estimate and took care of business the very next day! Customer service is hard to come by and they excited All the check marks! I'm still feeling good 2 days later after having the work done! Great customer service, very reasonable and WHAT CAN I SAY? If ya know ,ya know........ flood is not covered by insurance UNLESS you specifically add it. BUT as always DES Moines Heating and Cooling here to help! I had Cole out (earlier than expected time provided) quickly diagnosed and provided me with options and his best recommendations that resulted in replacement. Office was easy to work with for both appointments. My installer Tyler and other guy I didn't get a name from, arrived right on time, went right to work and made sure everything worked as should and what to expect going forward. Tyler waited calmly as I figured out why my bank card wouldn't process (daily limit block). Thank you to Cole, Tyler and other man that helped is this stressful and messy situation.

I thought I was supposed to have Tune up every six months or seasonal or something to that effect I’ve had one since I received the units. I would appreciate somebody calling me and getting me back on a schedule for my tuneups. They are supposed to be included at no cost to me.

I'm very grateful for Des Moines Heating & Cooling. I called them after a bad experience with another company. I spoke to their office manager Cassidy and asked for a quote to replace a leaky condensate pump. She had their general manager Justin give me a call back 5 minutes later. He quoted me half the price of the other company and said they could have someone out to fix it that day. Cole arrived a few hours later and was extremely kind with my elderly mother who lives in the house. Cole made the fix and cleaned up the water from the leak. I am so glad to finally have a trustworthy local company to call for my HVAC needs.
