  • Amazing service. We had a clogged toilet, leaky water valve and a broken fill valve (yes it all happened at once 🙄). I called the office at 730am and there was a technician at my door at 830am, we have only one toilet in our home so the timely manner was greatly appreciated. Our plumber was Derek, he was friendly, knowledgable, quick and so efficent. He explain all of the issues, explained all of the different scenarios and gave us a quote for each. He went above and beyond by explaining a few things to my husband on FaceTime so if the issue was to happen again he would be able to fix it on his own. Only gave 4 stars just because of the price point, it was a little expensive in my own opinion but isn’t everything these days. Would definitely use this company again.

  • We were very happy with the service we received from Agam. I felt elated when he detected the drain leak at our kitchen sink quickly. The drain was making the dry wall and base board wet in the basement. From start to finish, Agam showed his professional demeanour as well as confidence about resolving the problem. He was knowledgeable, courteous as well. Agam answered all of our queries, and provided us the solution that fit our budget. He was respectful, did good housekeeping after the work was finished. I found him reliable, friendly, and genuinely caring while doing his job. We would highly recommend Agam to anyone needing plumbing work.
