• I had A/C replaced on my house the end of last year and it never was as good as my last unit in flow and keeping it cool , after a few attempts to adjust the new system with no positive results i was left with a terrible system, i then got another company out that had serviced my old system and right away they showed me that One Stop took out my 3 ton unit and replaced it with a smaller 2 ton unit, multiple calls, texts and an email have all been ignored. i now had to have the proper size 3 ton installed ( and at a less cost than One stop charged for a 2 ton) and it works perfectly. now i'm out $5000 from these guys , i guess it's off to court we go as they refuse to answer calls etc. Don't use these guys , after repeated attempts to solve this with Alex and nothing more than being ignored and put off for weeks i have no choice but to sue these guys . see you in court These guy keep getting worse. They continue to not take accountability for there actions. Just don’t risk using these guys. Beware!

• Had an absolutely horrible experience with one stop heating and air-conditioning company. I called them a few weeks ago to get my furnace and air-conditioning inspected due to a faulty part in my AC that made it stop working on a few occasions. When one stop came and inspected they said it was maybe a faulty breaker, and charged me $140 with no resolutions to the problem whatsoever. After a week the AC stopped working again. This time I called the reliance home comfort company and within 5 minutes of inspection told me that the low voltage wires were barely attached hence why the AC kept stopping. Reliance’s professional and diligent work saved me the hassle of calling one stop heating and air conditioning company again. One stop heating and air-conditioning company have very unreliable and unprofessional tech members so if you want the job done right the first time around please call reliance and do not call one stop heating and air-conditioning as their incompetency will make you lose a lot of money on repetitive inspections and will provide you with absolutely no solutions. UPDATE: from the unprofessional response by the one stop HVAC team, you can CLEARLY tell the lack of accountability this company displays as well. Thankyou one stop for proving my initial diagnosis about your company and team which hasn’t changed one bit! I’d like to reiterate to customers please stay away from one stop and head to reliance home comfort! They professionally are the best and top tier!

• I wish I could give zero stars. This was by far the worst and most unprofessional service experience I have ever had. Before their visit, I asked about the service call fees multiple times via text message, but they completely ignored my inquiries. They initially assured me that the air conditioner could be repaired, but once they arrived, they simply said the parts didn't fit and left without completing the job. To make matters worse, they left disassembled components and screws scattered all over my floor (see attached photos) and expected full payment for an incomplete job. I had to take time off work and lose hourly wages for this terrible service. On top of the negligent work, their technician made racially offensive remarks in front of my door around 3:00 PM on the 20th. This unacceptable and discriminatory behavior caused severe distress. They are now demanding full payment despite the incomplete repair, lack of fee disclosure, and discriminatory conduct. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company at all costs.
