• Extremely Disappointing Experience – Ongoing Issues Still Unresolved I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with STAT Climate Control was one of the most frustrating and costly parts of my commercial renovation project. I was originally told the HVAC work would take only a few days, but it ended up causing significant delays to multiple other trades and set the entire project back. Work that had already been completed had to be torn apart and redone because of failed inspections and installation issues. My kitchen, which had already been drywalled, painted, and prepared for use, had to be cut open again to install missing fire dampers and provide the required access. Throughout the project, there were numerous issues that needed correction, including fire dampers that had been installed incorrectly, ventilation deficiencies, and a dryer duct installation that did not meet code requirements. I was also surprised to learn that the original installer was not an HVAC technician. The work eventually had to be corrected by other technicians, adding even more delays and frustration. Instead of taking responsibility for these problems, communication was slow, and I was asked to pay additional money to fix issues that should have been done correctly the first time. I refused. I consider myself a fair and reasonable person, but the amount of money, time, and stress I have incurred due to delays, rework, and the permanent cosmetic compromises to my property has been significant. To be fair, the technicians who eventually came to address some of the issues were professional and helpful, and I appreciate their efforts. However, the overall project management, quality control, and accountability from the company fell far below expectations. The latest issue involves the heating system they installed. When temperatures dropped, none of the heaters worked. I had to hire and pay for my own electrician to investigate the problem and replace the baseboard heaters so the building could be safely heated. The vestibule heater still does not work to this day. STAT advised that they would investigate the issue and get back to me. That was approximately six months ago, and despite multiple attempts to follow up, I have received no resolution or meaningful communication. What disappoints me most is that the company advertises a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and promises to stand behind its work. In my experience, that commitment was not honoured. I understand that mistakes can happen on any project, but accountability, communication, and a willingness to make things right are what truly matter. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend STAT Climate Control for commercial HVAC projects.

• STAT Climate Control Solutions did a really good job installing my AC unit, even though it wasn’t the easiest setup. My basement is a finished legal suite, and the mechanical room was on the other side of the suite. They had to go through the ceiling of one of the rooms to pass the pipes and electrical wiring from the mechanical room to the outdoor unit. Even with the tricky setup, they made it work and did the job really well. Super professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing as they also took time to explain everything I needed to know. If you need HVAC services, I highly recommend them!

• We were firing up the A/C units for the summer, but something was not quite right. Called STAT because their sticker was on the units, and received a very warm welcome and a quick appointment date. Technician was right on time and knew what he was looking for and doing. Repaired some miswiring from a previous tech who had changed the thermostat for heat during the middle of the winter. Fired everything up and measured pressure, temperature on each air outlet, and overall air flow. Cleanup up the furnaces and filters while he was at it. Still had time left over on his basic time allotment so he checked the outdoor condenser air flows and touched up the coils. System chugged away like a charm all summer. We will definitely call them back here next Spring. Well managed company with great staff! Thank You!

• I was debating between a 4* and 5* review. There was an initial issue with the appointment but I have to admit STAT pulled all stops when they realized their mistake and did right by the customer. I was especially impressed with the service tech (Delaine N.); the problem was intermittent and difficult to pin down. I do have a basic understanding of electrical wiring and Delaine went through his analysis with me and ensure I clearly knew what he was doing and why. He was finally able to pinpoint the problem after much back and forth analysis and testing and I now have a much better understanding of my HVAC system. 5 stars - solid.
