  • From the first contact when I called AAA to the last as they left my home, the service was awesome - initial contact/communication on appointment to updates throughout on process and progress on the job was thorough. Crew were polite, diligent, friendly, respectful of my property and hard working. They checked and double checked with me as they moved along and ensured that all systems including hot water were working before they left. The areas worked in were left cleaner than when they started!!! I can't say enough good things about AAA Heating and their staff and crew. I made a wise decision and choice in calling them in.,

  • The burners and igniter was not touched at all. I followed the task list from their website. AAA heating and plumbing called me back after the review and explained to me that the list is based upon the old furnace and to clean the burner they have to dismantle the whole furnace. True or false? I don’t know. Perhaps, it is my misunderstood of their furnace tune up list. Ex

  • I am very disappointed with my experience with this company and, in particular, with how they have handled their warranty obligations. I dealt with both Dean Fleming and Jeff regarding the warranty on my air conditioning unit, and unfortunately, I received conflicting information from each of them when asking about the company’s warranty coverage and requirements. This lack of consistency made an already frustrating situation even more difficult to resolve. I purchased a home in which this company had previously installed the air conditioning unit. I was informed that the previous homeowner had not completed the online warranty registration, and as a result, the warranty would not be honoured for me as the current homeowner. This is particularly frustrating because the company advertises a five-year warranty covering parts and service. While I understand that there may be specific requirements associated with warranty registration, I believe there should be a reasonable process for transferring warranty coverage when a property changes ownership—especially when the company itself originally installed the equipment. Based on my experience, I am extremely disappointed with the company’s customer service, communication, and approach to warranty support. I expected a company that stands behind its work and provides consistent, reliable service when an issue arises. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to others who are looking for dependable service, proper follow-up maintenance, and meaningful warranty support.

  • We had our fairly new furnace break down on the long weekend. I called the original company and they couldn’t get anyone out for a couple of days. Called AAA Heating and Dean was out within a couple of hours, found the issue and got the part. He then handled the warranty claim for us and made the whole experience so much less stressful than it could have been. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for someone who is efficient, very knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile!

  • As a homeowner for over 25 years, I have had the need to call Dean for a few different heating and venting issues. He is always very knowledgeable, polite, efficient and tidy. I really appreciate how he explains the possible options to rectify the problem, and he always strives to find the best solution to tricky issues (not the easiest.)
