• I was concerned that I might have to replace my older air conditioning unit, which would have been a significant expense. Fortunately, Airman Heating & Air Conditioning suggested taking a quick look first to see if it was something simple. Thankfully, instead of spending thousands on a replacement, they were able to get my existing unit up and running again. Jeremy was incredibly friendly, efficient, and honest. • I recently moved to Mahogany and my new-to-me home has an air conditioner. This is my first home with a/c and not knowing the history of the unit I thought it best to find out if it needed anything before the start of warm weather. • I never had the chance to meet Jeremy but did arrange work for my mom on the phone. He was very pleasant to deal with, candid about the work that needed to be done, and extremely prompt given that my mom's furnace wasn't working and she was without heat in -20°. • Didn't know who to call for furnace repairs. Airman wasn't my first choice as another furnace company was recommended. The other company never called me back (still hasn't called), another friend recommended Airman. I called and left a message for Airman and Jeremy called back right away. After a conversation about what I needed he ordered the part and made arrangements to perform the service the next day. However, the part didn't come in on time so we rescheduled service for later in the week. I thought I could wait but Friday night my finance crapped out. I sent him a text Saturday morning and he showed up at my home with the part that morning.
