• Advanpro replaced both of our aging furnaces with new, Canadian-made, Napoleon units. We were very impressed with the quality (and speed) of the work. Our technician was meticulous in his work. Overall he cleaned up the furnace room. Previously it was a mishmash of drain hoses from humidifiers and the A/C unit. After he finished he had integrated all the drains together into a single PVC pipe leading to the drain. We had concerns that he might not be able to route the venting on the new furnaces out the side of the house - but he found all the right gaps and made it look like it had always been intended to be that way! On top of that he was very personable and explained everything fully. This was truly an exceptional experience!
