  • I contacted them on Thursday, they scheduled a crew to work on Tuesday. Crew arrived at the stated time. Promptly looked at the insulation in the attic showed me pictures, held my hand and explained everything entailing the job clearly. Finished the job, most importantly cleaned like the professionals they are. Showed me after pictures. They dealt with me in a very professional manner. I have experience in customer service and theis experience was top notch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family actually I will push for them to be chosen. A wonderful experience leading to total satisfaction.

  • I would not recommend this company based on my experience. The attic insulation work was completed, and I was told that they would send me the invoice and submit my rebate application on my behalf. More than three weeks, I had not received the invoice or any confirmation that the rebate had been submitted. I emailed Ijaz to follow up and was told that he will get it done, but nothing had done. I have since sent additional follow-up emails and have not received a response. I called again and spoke to Ijaz and again he said he will send me the invoice and initiate the rebate. Not sure if he will get it done this time, I am not satisfy with the services.

  • Had a really good experience with Ontario Care. They gave me a very good quote/priceee compared to others and were able to start the work pretty fast. I got insulation done and soeme other upgrades too. All was great, very helpful and easy to deal with. They also helped me get a really good rebate which saved me a lot. Overall very happy with everything and would recommend them.

Their team was fast, efficient, and very professional. They helped me get a great rebate as well, which made the experience even better.   • Great price, poor workmanship, no government grants, not registered as an official installer, lied to me on numerous occasions about what is appropriate for my attic work. Was going to blow insulation over my disconnected bathroom vent, told me I needed 18" when the bag said 22" and supported his claim by misrepresenting the manufacturer. Pressured me to leave 5-star before leaving, insisted only e-transfer payment, short changed me a few bags but good enough to be up to code.

  • Called for a consult, asked to borrow my ladder to come up to the attic (not a big deal but the first of a few issues) I had to open the attic for him. One minitue later he's down and gives me a qoute. Didn't look through the attic much. Afterwards asked to use my (just installed a few hours ago $800 toilet) and doesn't even lift the seat cover and "created a mess" done even know if I'm allowed to show photos of it. Bunch more smaller issues but the professionalism needs working on.
