• This is a very impressive company. Everything happened as described and on-time to the minute. It was very fast to book appointments and they have great technology to confirm bookings and to process payments. The people I met on the job were polite and had the personal touch to answer questions and to share a laugh and just be human. Condo owners in my building say great things about Carlos and his team. Carlos was very sympathetic given the brutal heat wave we were in and he was so busy.

• I've used Progressive Indoor Air Solutions on two separate occasions over the last few years. First, was for a new furnace installation for my parents. They did the install in a timely fashion and the employees were very courteous. The second, was this past week when I had a furnace issue at my own residence. • This company scammed me. When I first called them, I told them my split AC unit was making a rattling noise and needed maintenance. They explained the cost would be $150 for the first hour of work and $90 for every additional hour. I agreed and we booked the appointment. When the technician showed up, he did not have the equipment with him to carry out the maintenance. So instead of doing any work on my split unit, he spent 25 minutes explaining to me why my AC unit needs maintenance and showed me the kit on Amazon to do it myself for less money. He then charged me $90 to cover his time for talking to me and his transportation. I later emailed the company to tell them I was unhappy I was charged for a house call with no actual work done. They first replied they normally don't charge if no service was done and would investigate with their technician. After they investigated, they wrote back having changed their mind about "no charge if no service was done." They said their charge covered a "visual evaluation" and "time spent discussing various concerns of mine," which I did not reach out to them for. Don't waste your money here—hire someone who can come with the equipment, tell you in 5–10 minutes what the issue is and then get to work.
