• I first contacted "The Heatman" regarding a broken thermostat. Zibi came the next day with two options. The hot water tank needed a new valve and the furnace cleaned. Zibi ordered the parts and returned with his assistant to complete both jobs. When cleaning the furnace, he replaced a hose that looked dirty and replaced not just the valve on the hot water tank but also the pipe that extended into the tank. Result looked better than when it was first installed. He made both safe without the use of oatmeal paste that had previously been applied by the installer. Zibi is respectful personally and with regards to your home. Pricing is very reasonable and all work completed without mess or inconvenience. Having repairmen in your home can be stressful. Zibi made all correct and from my perpective, a non-event.

• We were very glad to be referred to this company! Our first repair person was able to get it limping along but not fixed. They thought it was the heat exchanger and it might be better to get a new furnace. • Zibi The Heatman came to trouble shoot our furnace right away because we had no heat and it was extra old that day. The first time he came and fixed the furnace he mentioned my furnace was high tech and parts were very expensive but had some old parts and made the repairs that were very inexpensive. It’s nice to find a gentleman who has integrity and cares about his customers. He has come back a few more times because the furnace keeps breaking down. Finally the motherboard failed and he recommended I replace the furnace because the board was extremely expensive and the furnace had many issues. He quoted 3 different furnace and took the time to explain each one. I am a retired HVAC guy so I knew what he was talking about. His pricing was good and he truly cares about helping his customers get things done cost effectively. His work was quick clean and effortless for us. Thank you Zibi for your honest hard work. • Amazing, we were so happy with their service and quality of work. We called at 8:30pm on a Friday night and Heatman came over immediately and assessed our situation. He gave us multiple solutions for our water tank problem with different price points, and ended up taking out the water tank the next day, replacing it, moving the location of it, and setting everything up. He was very careful and used lots of carpets to protect the floors. His work was excellent and clean, I would highly recommend!!

• Called Heatman Heating and Cooling when I had an issue with my condensate water pump on my furnace. Zibi was amazing. He managed to fit me in on the sameday and it was a cold day so obviously he was pretty busy. Zibi took the time to listen to me and did his own diagnostic of my system. After inspection he gave me a couple options to choose from. He was honest and did a great job replacing my pump. He cleaned up and tested the system. Was fair with pricing and did not try to take advantage of the situation. I have nothing buy good to say about Zibi and his company. Good work, honest people and professional.
