  • I'm a repeat customer, called them last year as well, & on both visits they were on time, professional & competent.

  • Super efficient service! We ‘finally’ have cool air in our home, what a difference it has made! The previous AC just didn’t keep up, and it was larger capacity (3 ton vs 2ton) than the new high efficiency model.

  • Diego was/is professional and courteous. He kept me updated on the progress.

  • Scheduling was easy and professional. The technician who came out was communicative, prompt very sweet with my pack of dogs. He was able to quickly identify the problem and provided a quick quote on the repair.

  • Paramount Heating and Air was a great company to work with. The online booking was very easy to use. Communication was very great from the instant I booked my appointment. When Spencer came out to fix the air conditioning, he was professional and friendly. He very quickly discovered and fixed the problem and then very clearly explained what happened and why and what he recommended but he didn’t try to pressure me to buy anything extra. I highly recommend Paramount based on my experience today.

  • Expert service!!! We could not have had a better experience. I highly recommend!

  • Best in the business!

  • Spencer was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. I could tell right away that he was not there to scare me into purchasing a new unit or upsell me on anything. He was honest and communicative and fixed my unit for way less than I anticipated. Will be using Paramount for all future heating and air needs!

  • Needed to have duct & ventilation installed to prep for my OTR microwave installation and Austin and Lance were able to get me on schedule the next day for the 3+ hour job. They were so thorough, worked efficiently and cleaned up the job site great. Definitely will contact Paramount Heating & Air for future HVAC needs! Thank you so much!

  • Avoid Paramount Heating and Air at all costs. While they present themselves as professionals, their communication is absolutely non-existent. It has been a nightmare trying to get a straight answer or a return call. This is a horrible way to run a business, and I strongly advise other consumers to take their money elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and find a company that actually values its customers

  • Appointment was for between 12 and 1, arrived at exactly 12. Very pleasant. Will highly recommend

  • I contacted Paramount in September for a quote. An “estimator”, Austin, came out to my house on 9/29 to provide a quote to replace my furnace, ac, and water heater, and as of today 11/25, I have never received an estimate or even a call back from this company. Even after numerous attempts to call paramount to speak with someone and being told I’d receive a call back - just nothing. They clearly are rolling in the dough that my piddly job just wasn’t enough for them to even bother. I just wish that hadn’t wasted my time.

  • Austin and Lance were great. Faulty heater igniter quit working but they got it working with minimal delay and inconvenience. Thanks again to Spencer and his team at Paramount for a job well done.

  • Very pleasant and knowledgeable repairmen. They diagnosed the problem quickly and installed the part. Very efficient and very likable young men.

  • Paramount was by today to do annual maintenance on my heater. Very professional, arrived early, did a great job.

  • I contacted Paramount Heating & Air due to my outside air conditioning compressor fan turning very slow. Scheduling was easy. The technician, Austin came on Friday, September 5th. Austin was polite. Austin took about 10 minutes, listened to the unit and used a long screwdriver to push the fan blades faster. Austin said the unit needed a new capacitor & fan motor. Austin told me it shouldn't be to bad as far as the cost. I paid $69 for the diagnosis and estimate. Austin said I should have the estimate by the end of the day. Austin told me if I approved the estimate, they could fix the unit Monday or Tuesday. I did not hear from anyone on Friday. I called just before 5pm to check the status. I left a message with their answering service (every time I called except once it was only an answering service). I was told someone would call me back soon. I never heard anything but understood it was Friday late afternoon. No return phone call on Monday. I did get a text from Lindsey. The text said she would have Austin send me the estimate. Never got anything. I called and left messages several times over the next few days. No response. I called Ross Heating & Air Conditioning and scheduled to have them come out on Friday, September 12th. I finally got an email with an estimate for $1,672 to replace the capacitor and fan motor Wednesday evening. No phone call, no apology for the delay in the email, just the estimate. Ross Heating & Air came on Friday, September 12th. The technician was very professional. The technician spent about a 1/2 hour doing testing. The technician said the capacitor was bad. The technician had the part on his truck and fixed it immediately. I then told the technician that another company (Paramount) said I needed a fan motor also. The technician said the fan motor was fine, it just was not getting enough power due to the faulty capacitor. I paid $443 out the door including the diagnostic fee. I told the technician that Paramount wanted to charge me $1,672 for the capacitor and fan motor. The technician said a fan motor should be no more than about $600 which with the capacitor should have been around $1,000, not $1,672. Not only did Paramount Heating & Air Conditioning indicate that a part (fan motor) was faulty when it was not, they were going to grossly overcharge me for their estimated work. If they had not been so unresponsive I may have paid them the $1,672 ($1,229 more than I needed to) as I would have just assumed this was the usual price and parts needed. This is despicable. I called Paramount. Spencer, the manager actually answered the phone. I explained the situation to Spencer and my serious concerns with the gross overcharge and indicating a part needed replaced that did not. I explained the unresponsive service for which I had paid $69 for an estimate which I would have expected to be timely. Spencer said they had an employee out of the office. I explained to Spencer that a short phone call and apology for the delay would have gone along way. Spencer said that if the capacitor goes bad they usually just replace the fan motor because it will probably go out eventually. I explained to Spencer that Austin said it was bad and just replacing parts "just in-case" was not acceptable. Spencer said they try to keep customers happy and not having to call them back so they replace anything that may fail. I explained to Spencer that even if the fan motor was bad the estimate was grossly inflated. Spencer said Austin probably just put a price on it because they were so backed up and needed to get the estimates out. I told him this stunt could have unnecessarily cost me about $1,229. He said he would look into it more and call me back with an explanation. I told him I wanted my $69 diagnostic fee refunded as it was a faulty diagnosis. Spencer did do this. Spencer nor anyone from the company ever called me back. I would NEVER use this company again. I chose them due to their excellent reviews. I have noticed some very recent poor ones. There is NO EXCUSE for what happened.

  • Unprofessional Company!

    Sarah A.

  • Now here is a company that doesn’t care for their clients. Waited on a quote with no communication. Company wasted my time. I recommend finding a company that has some respect left.

    Dekon B.

  • Very nice and professional. Great customer service.

  • When I was shopping for a home, Spencer Keife from Paramount came out and conducted a furnace inspection, recommended that the furnace be replaced, and stated that it would cost $4,000-$5,000. After purchasing the home another employee from Paramount came to inspect the furnace on 08/26 and provide an estimate to replace it. As of 09/05 I have not received an estimate or even a call back from Paramount. I called another company who is quoting me $6,300 to replace the furnace and even stated "there is no way this could be done for $5,000." Apparently, Paramount does not need and/or want your business and will provide false estimates. Call one of their competitors instead

  • Great company will use again (hopefully not too soon) for HVAC issues. Spencer and team are responsive, thorough, and didn’t try to upsell but rather explained logically the pro/cons of our options.
