I called PG out for a kitchen sink that was not draining properly. The tech that came out was great the only problem was he only provided me with one solution, adding a clean out. This quote came in at $677 and we proceeded to do it. Fast forward to the next day, my sink is backing up again they send another tech it doesn’t help. They tell me to reach out again I do, they send another tech does essentially nothing and leaves says call someone with a water Jetter? If you don’t have the equipment to do a job don’t quote me this insanely priced service without it working. They tell me after the fact they couldn’t do anything about it? Where was this advice when you quoted me and let me pay close to $700 for a service I would of happily called someone else to come do it. I reached out to their customer service or whatever it is they say they are working on it here we are a month later they are radio silent and will not get back to me when I reach out. If using them make sure to ask them if they can even handle the jobs.

I have to give Tucker, Alex, David, and Ben and others who stopped by a huge shoutout for helping us with our plumbing repair. They were thorough, open, and honest about what needed to be done to get to the end goal and worked with our budget! Also, within less than a month of getting their monthly membership services, they had technicians out for the annual HVAC, furnace, and water heater within days of each other so all of that is checked off the list for the year! I can't say enough good things, and super happy to have found a company that cares! Thank you!

I had a new AC installed in my house and replaced the furnace and water heater for $10,000. However, the thermostat is still the old one that came with the house. I thought a new thermostat would be included with the AC installation, but it wasn't. When the AC wouldn't turn off in auto mode after a week, I called the company, and they said they'd send someone to check it out. On the scheduled day, they called me again to ask about the issue, and I explained the problem. The representative then sent me an estimate for about $400 to replace the thermostat, which I think is excessive. I believe the new AC should come with a thermostat, and it should be covered under warranty. I'm disappointed with the company's service, and after the representative said he'd discuss the issue with his boss, he never got back to me. The fact that they never even bother to come out and check out what the problem was is crazy

I was very pleased with my technician and my furnace cleaning and price... until I got the bill for potential issues that "may pop up". When I read they thought of charging me over $500 for a hot surface igniter (a $40 part), I about fell over! But wait.. it doesn't end there... there MAY be another part that needs repair.. A primary limit switch... (a $10 - $50 part) with another $400-$500 price tag... inconceivable. I'll do business elsewhere.

Nick showed up in the morning for a multi-hour (and complicated!) repair on a boiler system that heats our home. When the job was done, and tested, I was given a warranty. This is the second job PG Heating and Cooling has done for us, and the second home they've worked on, and a completely different system (the last one was trouble shooting A/C). I am impressed with their many years of experience, and skill - their work looks good and works well. Once again they were highly professional, efficient, and knowledgeable, and I will certainly use them again. That was last summer. We just discovered two leaks in two different room radiators this winter. Jonathan came out, assess the problem and came back and replaced elements, repaired broken pipes, and got our system going again well! This is the third time we have called them out on the several homes that we have, and they have done an excellent job reasonably. I would certainly still recommend them.

They were very professional. They had to order a part for my furnace and they kept me informed when it would come in. They also left me heaters so we could stay warm. They also changed me less than what they quoted me. They are awesome to work with.

PG came through with promptness and professionalism yet again. Leo did our yearly HVAC inspection and servicing today. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. Seeing as how our unit is less than a year old, he didn't find any issues. He explained how we weren't using our humidifier properly and showed me how to correct the issue. Very curteous and respectful to my daughter and pets, which seems to be a reoccurring theme with PG. Once again, I highly recommend PG for any HVAC and plumbing needs. I forgot to leave a review on our water heater replacement, but it was the same theme. Austin came and told me that a new heater would be best due to the age and lack of available parts because it was through Sears. We got a new heater installed that same day.
