Pharo is always great! When we've needed service they've come at all hours to help. When they replaced our furnace with a more efficient one I was told it would pay for the upgrade in about 7 years. I was a little skeptical, but it really did pay for itself, and it's also a 2 stage so it's more comfortable here. They do annual checks on the AC and furnace and always let us know what's going on. :)

Got to get your air filter stuff figured out Normally, the wrong one is brought over. Guy had to go back to the shop to get one. Today though, he didn’t think he had to bring one at all even though I made it clear when I made the appointment that I needed one and to check to make sure the correct one is on the truck. Not a big deal on my end. It’s just a waste of your time and time is money.
