Adam and the apprentice with him did a great job of the repairs that they could do, advising on the repairs that they could do in the future, and being patient and welcoming any other questions. The work they did was efficient and seemed quite sound. Alex did a super job with our faucet leak. He was very informative and respectful. The plumbers I’ve had from Roman so far have been good, but I’ve got to say Conner was GREAT! He offered several times to do more or answer any questions. He did very good work and explained it every step odd the way. Jacob was recalled because a drip continued that he had tried to fix. This was not his fault, as the parts that he purchased for the job were faulty, apparently. It was again very pleasant and professional. Did a great job! Jacob did an excellent job! It was an unscheduled job and he was able to come within an hour and fixed the problem expeditiously and professionally. Once again, Sean did an amazing job! He explained things well, worked hard to come up with the most feasible solution, was extremely pleasant and professional, and timely. I would highly recommend him and Roman! Sean did a great job today! He ran into unexpected challenges and handled them calmly and professionally. Mike installed A new kitchen faucet for us today. He did a fantastic job! He was efficient, explained how the new faucet works, reinforced that it was a good choice, and was very pleasant throughout. Kevin did an amazing job with electrical work today! He communicated well, did fantastic work which looks great, and even took on an extra job that was not scheduled initially. He was very pleasant and professional. Prior: Julian tuned up our air conditioner today. He was very pleasant, patient, explained things well, and inspired confidence! Also seem to go above and beyond to clean some air handling filters, and explained how and how often they would ideally be cleaned. Prior reviews: Jacob and his assistant were friendly, professional, did good efficient work, and took the extra time to do a safety inspection of our plumbing while they were here. Fantastic service!

Everything went great, fast efficient, friendly. Not sure wut the 'beta' question is asking. Adam was done in about 30 minutes, which was great. But $450 for a half hour of work seems steep.

I was just greatful the job was just replacing a cartridge in a shower valve, but I thought $800 was a bit expensive since I already had the job prepped for him and it took only a half-hour. All the tech did was replace the cartridge.
