• I’m rather shocked at the highly rated reviews for their service. I have been nothing but disappointed in their service since we purchased our air conditioner from Costco. They have come out many times to patch a problem without finding the problem. This has been the past couple of years. They funky tool the time and dedication to locate the issue. This was back on Aug 11z then they kept pushing us off on fixing it. A couple of weeks ago, they came back out and said they needed a part. They have said part, but they have not come back, nor have they returned our calls to fix it. All this during one of our worst heatwaves. I spent a lot of money to add air conditioning to our 1908 home. It would be nice if it actually worked. I’m also surprised Costco whom I’ve always trustee in the past would work with a comp that had bad work ethics.

• Hi Omar, I just wanted to let you know how well our heat pump is performing since you worked on it in April. It has been working great during this July heat wave, keeping our house comfortably in the mid 70's during the day and 70 at night for sleeping. For most of June we didn't have to use it at all, for heat or cooling, so this has been the first real test. Thanks again for your conscientious service and attention to detail.
