I was in need of a local contractor to install a much needed upgrade to my AC and found Premier through a Google search. I met with Victor later that day to review the project as I wanted and get his feedback. He got back to me with a quote for the project a day later. Throughout the installation, Victor and his team were super professional, making sure to keep my house clean after they completed their work, as well as being sure to say hello to my wife and I, our 18-month old son, and give pets to our dog every day they were here. They were always in contact to update on progress and their intentions to make sure the project worked out to our satisfaction. Staying right on the schedule we discussed, the work was done in such a neat manner and all is now working exactly as I had hoped. They installed a new LG Multi V condenser with 5 indoor units connected, working out a way to install the piping and units in the neatest fashion. For anyone in the area looking for HVAC installations, replacements, service, etc, Premier would be my go to as these guys know what they're doing as well as perform the work in the best way possible!

Had an issue with my heat not working, called Premier HVAC and they were outside my home within literary 10 minutes. Diagnosed the issue, resolved it and got my got my hear up and running instantly. Absolutely great service and prompt. Will be calling them for any future issues with my HVAC systems.

Victor and his apprentice are awesome! I needed my outside AC unit temporarily disconnected and moved so that I could rebuild my driveway, Victor came out the very next day to perform the operation and there was no drama, exactly what he quoted me on the phone (assuming no complications) and showed up on time. Love it! When he showed up, I told him we have a small leak somewhere, and he offered to diagnose the entire system. He pressurized the lines, the outdoor unit, and my indoor air handler separately to isolate the leak, and found 2 leaks in the lineset and my air handler coil. I knew already my air handler was on its last legs, and I was hoping to keep the budget under control. Victor was able to source a direct replacement air handler for me in a few days and he installed the unit in my awful attic and I was able to keep my existing outdoor condenser, a cost that would have pushed me way over budget. When it came time to reconnect the outside unit, he verified the system was still holding pressure and gave my equipment a thorough wash to clean all the dust and debris off, and my system is now working great! Quality work, straightforward pricing, shows up on time, does the thing he says he will do. Not asking for much there, but apparently in this day and age it is. Its hard to find a decent HVAC technician, and I prefer to work with an independent small business than big companies (or local utility) that send out barely-trained techs. Victor and Premier HVAC is a rare gem in a post-covid industry full of hacks who have no business calling themselves professionals. I will refer Victor for any opportunity I get. Victor if you read this, I hope your business continues to succeed, you deserve all the success.

Another company came and told me the circuit board needed to be replaced for my mini split A/C unit. They quoted 1700 for the circuit board. Victor came right away and knew it could not be the circuit board. He analyzed the code on the unit, ordered a new piece and installed it in 15 minutes. If you are looking for a highly knowledgeable, fair and responsible company, you need to contact Premier HVAC Services. I wish I could give them 10 stars
