I wish to give 0 star! In my experience, Prestige Mechanical was extremely disappointing. The prices were way too high, and on top of that, they even charged a separate truck fee — which makes no sense, because if they are providing a service, transportation should not become the customer’s problem. There were so many hidden costs added to the bill that it felt very unfair and unprofessional. Another major issue I noticed was their behaviour. The work was not done properly, and the attitude towards their own employees was shocking. Watching the foreman or senior staff yelling at junior technicians created a very negative and uncomfortable environment at my place. No customer should have to deal with that kind of energy. Based on my experience, I would strongly not recommend Prestige Mechanical. This type of behaviour and hidden-cost practice should be rejected everywhere.

I cannot wait to tell you all about this wonderful guy Bryon Who came out to us this freezing cold winter night when our furnace broke down.He figured out the problem in seconds,fixed and and was ready to go. Prestige did an excellent job. Glen came to the house assessed the rerquirements. Rich and Wayne did a great job in removing the old water heater and replacing it with a new one. Very tidy workmanship, checked everything and they took pride in their work. Looking forward to a trouble free water heater Great job Prestige.

if i can give zero star, i won't give even one star. definitely not recommend! really bad service. work inefficiently and unreliability. It took the worker two hours to take a new part from supplier and charge $30 fee vehicle fees. All of waiting time for the two hours are included in the total service fee, which is $85 per hour. Only replace a fan coil, in total, it takes them four hours. The woman who picks up the phone had really bad attitudes towards customers. She even blame customers when i question the final service fee.
