• I had a unit installed less than 2 years ago. I’ve been trying for weeks to get a hold of the company to get my unit serviced as it’s not working and we have a 10 year parts warranty. Calls are not returned, bookings online don’t work, and further calls are never answered. Very disappointed

• My AC unit was struggling to drop the temperature by even half a degree. Booked an appointment for 3 days out. The folks from A+ called me after an hour to do some preliminary triage and were able to send out a technician before evening. • It's was a cold week my furnace stopped working I called around was told by 4 places2 weeks before they could fit me in so I called a plus heating and air conditioning the lady that answered the phone was polite friendly and re assuring they could help me she had sent to guys to me that day Justin and I didn't get the other gentleman's name but they were amazing they went above and beyond not only fixing my furnace issues but did extra little fixes to stop future issues that could occur explained everything to look for in the future because I do not understand a thing about furnaces this was very much appreciated A plus heating and air conditioning is an amazing company they care about there clients and did not leave me in the cold It was my first time using this company I have now programed them in my phone as I won't go any where else now lol Thank you so much a plus (10 stars)
