• This is the second time I've used this company and I have nothing but nice things to say! Not only do they respond extremely fast but they have a text and email system to make the entire process so much easier. I had Todd and he had to come out twice for us. We had a leaky faucet and a leak in our dishwasher and let me tell you he fixed it so quickly! It would have taken me double time. He was kind and friendly and exceptionally clean. We have a bunch of cats and he was so kind to all of them and didn't mind them getting in his way lmao. 20/10 service. Highly recommend

• I have used Blackforest plumbing services over the years from urgent pipe leaks to installation of new faucets. Recently Todd from Blackforest replaced two toilets. He was quick and efficient, the toilets were removed and new ones installed well, and he left the spaces clean and ready-to-use. Todd was quiet and unobtrusive - I didn't even notice any noise. • Great job Matthew! We had new countertops put in last night in our kitchen and 3 bathrooms and the job was not finished until 10:30pm. We thought we had arranged the installation of new faucets and drains but late last evening we were trying to arrange for plumbing. Due to timing we couldn't find anyone so late but this morning we made a call to you Black Forest and it was arranged to have the work done starting this morning. I mentioned that our youngest Granddaughter was having a birthday pool party with a few of her girlfriends at or house starting at 3:00pm today and Matthew was all finished by 2:30pm.
