• Although I’ve been using Custom Comfort’s services for years now they impressed me yet again! We recently had our a/c fail (in the middle of July heat) and a quick call to Custom Comfort and they had someone out to check on our system the same day! After hearing the tech’s assessment of things we decided it was time to replace our very old a/c unit rather than try to repair it and Alex was over the very next day showing us our options for a new system. 4 days later we had a brand new a/c unit installed and had our cool air back! These guys know their stuff, do their best to get you looked after ASAP and all for a reasonable price. Customer for life!

• We purchased a new furnace A/C and fireplace 9 years ago. From the start of the project there were problems. Custom Comfort made my husband go on the roof 2 stories and pull the existing metal stove pipe or flu from the chimney. They refused to do this. Next there was a leak in the new A/C to cool the house for 3 years insisting there was nothing wrong until a service guy of theirs discovered the leak doing the cleaning. Next the fireplace was way too small for the hole when installed even though the owner himself sold the unit. They were going to leave a large hole around the fireplace unit and we threatened not to pay until they put a metal flashing around it to cover the hole. The service men come in every year because we have paid for the monthly service plan all this time but the service men except for one service guy kept saying there was something wrong with the fireplace although it had been that way since the get go. We had no problems starting it and it worked all the time but the last stray was this spring when another young service guy came and shut it off saying it was defective. I called the salesman who promptly came I guess thinking he would get another sale out of us. He came looked at it and said there was nothing wrong and said he would remove the defective note on it and turn it back on. He never called back never came back even after me calling several times. They had all sorts of excuses but never called back. Finally I called and told them I was completely fed up with their company and will not be dealing with them again. I canceled my monthly service agreement and will deal with a more reputable company going forward.
