• During a very long heat wave our air conditioner we thought gave out. We phoned Joe and he was here the same day and determined it was our furnace motor fan. Our air conditioner was even older and very much at the end of its use. He being very honest told us the cost of replacing the fan on our old furnace was not worth it. Joe could get us a new furnace and air conditioner immediately and had it installed within two days. That is beyond amazing service and the cost was very reasonable. Less than we researched. A very nice person, we felt extremely honest and prompt. The work was done quickly with no mess. We plan on using Joe going forward for all maintenance of our furnace and including our fireplace. Taking a local neighbourhood group recommendation online I called Eagle Air and not only did they come out the same day they were able to quickly determine and resolve the issue. He was professional, gave us a fair price and completed the work within the scheduled deadline. We recently purchased a house with a fairly complicated radiant floor heating system and HVAC system.
